C. No inflammatory, risque, insulting, slanderous, libel or other material considered offensive will be posted. 
 

D. The material and/or files will not be transferred to the web site until the approval process has been followed, and the content is approved.
 

E. If the material is subject to board approval, the material will not be transferred to the web site until the board has voted its approval. 
 

F. Refer to the Internet Guidelines document for additional process details.
 

Section 8.03 - Web Site Newsletter

A. The club newsletter will have its own page, with an html link to the current month, as well as previous months. Most likely 12 months of newsletters will be sufficient for members and other web site visitors.
 

B. The transmission and deleting of the web site newsletter files will be managed by the Newsletter Editor. The Newsletter Editor has the option to delegate to the club web master the web site newsletter file maintenance.
 

Section 8.04 - Web Site Hyperlinks

A. The web site will have a page dedicated to links to other dancing web sites. Links to non dance related sites are not part of the web site.
 

B. Posting of a new link is subject to approval by the TSDC board. 
 

C. A legal disclaimer link will be on the link page that explains how the TSDC site is not responsible for other web site's content. Clicking the legal disclaimer link will cause the web browser to show the TSDC disclaimer information. The disclaimer will also explain that if the other web site links to an offensive or illegal site, the TSDC is also not liable.
 

Section 8.05 - Web Site News And Discussion Groups

A. Internet News and Discussion Groups are not supported by the TSDC.
 

Section 8.06 - Web Site Advertising

A. Web site advertising will be limited to the newsletter area, per the newsletter advertising rules and guidelines (see the Newsletter Guidelines for additional details). Other TSDC web site pages will not have advertising nor Internet popup window ads.
 

Section 8.07 - Web Site And E-Mail Management

A. Management of the web site ftp username and password is by the Newsletter Editor. The other officer position which will know this information is the President. This is a check and balance to maintain web site content. If approved by the President and/or Newsletter Editor, the web site master will be granted ftp access as well. 
 

B. Management of the web site e-mail accounts' username and password is also by the Newsletter Editor. The Newsletter Editor will reveal the username and password only to the respective office.
 

C. When the board transitions to a new administration, the outgoing Newsletter Editor will have a prepared document, detailing the usernames, passwords, and any additional process notes, for the incoming Newsletter Editor. It will be the incoming Newsletter Editor's responsibility to change the password of every web site e-mail account so that the incoming officers have new passwords.
 

Section 8.08 - Web Site Posting

A. The web site master will report to the Newsletter Editor, and will be a current TSDC member in good standing. It is the Newsletter Editor's responsibility to represent the TSDC. Minimally, the Newsletter Editor and/or President have to approve the site content prior to posting. If not, the web site master has the option
