Two more Bylaw
revisions were presented and
will be voted
on at the Board meeting in April.
A good faith
attempt will be undertaken to notify
the membership
of these revisions through the
use of the
newsletter, website, and by Email.
No mass mailing
will take place due to the cost
of such an
endeavor. Members will be
encouraged
to attend the meeting to discuss
any and/or
all revisions submitted.
Internet web
site bylaws were submitted for
review (see
page four for details).
It was discovered
that the incorporation of the
TSDC was not
current. The treasurer is to
correct the
situation by submitting annual
reports for
the years 1999 through 2003. The
board voted
on a statutory agent change.
Club Polo Shirts
are for sale. See Ellen
Colonna (Dance
Director) for details.
A donation
foundation was established. The
foundation
will provide an avenue whereupon
anyone may
make a donation to the Club and
receive a
tax benefit in return. The official
foundation
name will be The
Henderson
Foundation
The contract
for the use of The
Women's Club
by the TSDC
was approved for another year.
Changes in
the Jack and Jill rules were
approved to
reflect the involvement of the new
Judge Director
position.
An elementary
school and a fraternity/sorority
group each
requested a dance demonstration
and lessons.
It was assigned to the Dance
Director to
represent the Club or present a list of
dance instructors
that have instructed at the
Club as a
reference.
