Yearly audit of the treasury discussed and to be
conducted this month. End of the year treasury
report to be generated and printed in the
newsletter.

Election report - Election committee to be
formed soon. Candidates requested to submit a
biography for newsletter printing. Candidates
are encouraged to attend the next board
meeting.

Bylaw change requested by the membership
secretary pertaining to the renewal process. 
Change to be printed in the newsletter and voted
upon by the incoming Board Of Directors. See
page four for details.

Club Polo Shirts are for sale. See Ellen
Colonna (Dance Director) for details.

Phoenix July 4^th convention ticket lottery being
organized.

Music played at Happy Hours discussed.

Corporate secretary to make bylaw changes
once voted on and will generate new copies of
the bylaws for the incoming Board Of Directors.

Anniversary party guidelines discussed

The Henderson Foundation will utilize the club's
saving account until requirements are met to
establish a separate isolate account.

This is voting month. Be sure to vote April 17^th
for your favorite candidate.
